Robert Grant - President & CEO, Bausch & Lomb Surgical and OCTANe Chairman. Mr. Grant is a medical device industry veteran and visionary, and his leadership at Allergan Medical was instrumental in creating the multi-billion dollar medical rejuvenation industry. Joshua Makower, M.D. is a world-renowned doctor, entrepreneur and VC. Dr. Makower will discuss the changing face of the FDA and its impact on the United State's global leadership position in medical devices.

Amy Purdy is a snowboarder, skateboarder, make-up artist, actress, model and is also a double leg amputee. After losing her lower legs at age 19, she fought to get back on her snowboard. Now she's shredding like a champ and helping others with disabilities do the same.

Jon W. Salveson is Vice Chairman, Investment Banking, at Piper Jaffray.
